The annual Fall Kickoff was well attended by Scouters and Scouts. Aproximatley 85 people attended the event at the Cass City Recreation Park pavilion on Tuesday, August 25. Adult leaders and youth were both invited to attened this years event, a departure from previous years when just Scouters atteneded. The youth invited were those who were active in last years Popcorn Sale. They were asked to attend this Fall Kickoff to learn more about this years fall Popcorn Sale and to get some rewards. Scouters also learned a lot about the Fall Popcorn Sale too.  All but two units in the District were represented by either a Scout or Scouter. 

As customary there were many handouts for Scouters, so if you were not able to attend you will be able to get the handouts in your mail box at the up coming Roundtable on Tuesday, September1st.
