Dear Tall Pine Unit Leaders;
Re: Tall Pine District Rechartering
The Lake Huron Area Council and Tall Pine District are attempting to align ALL Units with the National Council’s time line and the calendar year. Currently Tall Pine Unit’s recharter in March thus their registration period runs from April 1st to March 31st.
To align our self with the Council and National, The District Key 3 presented a plan at the District Roundtable on February 11th to all Leaders present to move the Unit rechartering month to December. Thus Tall Pine Unit’s registration period would then run calendar year - January 1st through December 31st.
This means when your Unit Recharters this month by March 31st, you will be paying a “short term” prorated registration fee - (April 1st 2010 - December 31st 2010). See fees below.
