Greetings Troop Leaders,

          This is to inform you that if you would like to have an OA election or camp promotion, there are 3 different ways you can schedule the election take place.

          The first one is that you can have your election at, the lock-in on March 20^th, at the district camporee on May 14^th – 16 or you can have an election at one of your troop meetings.

          Please call either the Advisor Mr. Dale Klimmek at (989) 751-6251, to schedule an election or let us know that you want one at the spring camporee or the Lock-In.

          If by April 15^th there has not been a decision or contact from your troop, someone will be calling all the Scoutmasters to find out if you want an election or not.
