Unit Program Planning Guide Developed

The BSA has developed a new Unit Planning Program Guide to assist units in organizing and planning their Scouting year.  This powerpoint slide show shows the steps necessary to plan and carryout a successful program planning conference.  Click on the Cub Scout link below and scroll down to "Pack Committee".  You will find a guide for packs and troops.  A similar guide for Venture crews can be found at the Venturing link below.  Scroll down to crew support.
