Celebrate Freedom at the June Fun with Son
Come and celebrate our freedom as we honor our heroes. As American citizens, we have a lot to be thankful for, especially our freedom. Take part in a flag retirement and learn the proper way of disposing our American flag. Webelos will have the opportunity of working on their citizenship activity pin. Everyone will work on earning their citizenship belt loop, as well as one of the newer belt loops, manners. Get a chance to fire away at the BB gun and archery ranges. (Remember, the only time you can earn these two belt loops is at an organized council/district event). Learn some new games as well as go on a scavenger hunt within the premises of the camp. You will also be working on some cool crafts to take home and use. As our Law of the Pack states-“A Scout gives good will”. Let us show our support by bringing in one item to send to our heroes who are serving our country for our freedom. We have a lot of activities planned for you to HAVE FUN! So join us June 19th-20th to ‘CELEBRATE OUR FREEDOM”.
