April’s Section Conclave Hosted by Mischigonong! 
That’s right! Our very own lodge is hosting this year’s section conclave! Plan on attending NOW during the weekend of April 23 – 25, 2010. Cost for the statewide OA event is $35.00. Some indoor lodging is available in Deer Lodge and the Doan Conference Center for those EARLY registrants. And, since we are hosting, much work from many of our members is needed to make this a success! Plan NOW to attend. Plan NOW to join arrow from around the state! To register, please complete the Registration Form. Send this form in with your payment and Parts A and C of the new National Health Form. Walk-ins are NOT allowed. Please remember to include any dietary restrictions on your health form.
REMEMBER to . . .
· Show up early (around 1 pm on Friday) to assist with set-up (if you’re able)
· Mail in your Health Form with your registration fee
· Bring a t-shirt to silkscreen.
· Bring extra money to purchase section & lodge trading post merchandise
· Bring / Wear your RED 2010 Lodge T-shirt (or another RED shirt)
· Bring your OA SPIRIT!!
· Plan on purchasing the CONCLAVE HOST LODGE FLAP PATCH
· Pay your 2010 Dues ($10.00) along with the Conclave Registration Fee
· Ask other members of your troop and chapter to attend
